Lakeview Childcare & Preschool Awarded SIA Foundation Grant for New Indoor Playground Equipment

We are excited to share some wonderful news with our Lakeview Childcare & Preschool community!

Lakeview Childcare & Preschool has been awarded a $15,151.28 capital grant from the SIA Foundation, established by Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA). We are honored to be one of only 20 nonprofit organizations across Indiana selected during the Foundation's Spring 2026 grant cycle.

This generous funding will be used to purchase new indoor playground equipment, creating an exciting space where children can stay active, explore, and learn—rain or shine.

At Lakeview Childcare & Preschool, we know that movement is essential to early childhood development. Active play helps children strengthen their gross motor skills, build confidence, develop social skills, and burn energy in healthy ways. An enhanced indoor play space ensures our students have a safe and engaging place to move and learn throughout every season, regardless of the weather.

We are incredibly grateful to the SIA Foundation and Subaru of Indiana Automotive for investing in Indiana's children and supporting nonprofit organizations that make a meaningful difference in their communities.

This new indoor playground is more than just equipment—it is an investment in joyful learning experiences, healthy development, and memorable moments for every child who walks through our doors.
